Do y’all remember last year when international superstar (and occasional actor) Will.i.am announced he’d be teaming up wtih 2NE1 and possibly producing their first English-language album? You probably don’t because nothing came of it. It was even rumored that they would appear on his upcoming album #willpower. Again, nothing came of that…yet. It could appear on the album, slated for release in April, but this has been neither confirmed nor denied.
There was, however, an Intel commercial that featured a snippet of a collaboration between the five titled “Take The World On.” Now, the full track has finally been released, possibly hinting at the fruition of the long-standing collaboration rumors. Could this be the song on Will.i.am’s upcoming album, or will we get a whole new track altogether? Guess we’ll have to wait until Will’s album drops on April 9th to know for sure.
