2NE1 member and solo artist CL uploaded two photo of Big Bang member and solo artist G-Dragon and herself onto her Instagram account with the caption: “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!! #GDGDBABYBABY” and the hashtag: “birthdayboy!!!!” In the photographs, CL, her stylist, and G-Dragon appear to be at a restaurant celebrating G-Dragon’s birthday. G-Dragon holds up a plate with the words “Happy Birthday GD<3” written in what seems to be chocolate.
G-Dragon’s birthday is on August 18, and the idol star turns 25 years old (26 years old in Korean age). The day before his birthday, G-Dragon gave his fans a present via his Twitter account by releasing a music video teaser for his upcoming second solo album “coup d’etat” with the tweet: “SHAKE THE WORLD Checkthisout [sic] #gd #gdragon #giyongchy 2nd album intro.”

YG Entertainment teases fans for G-Dragon's solo comeback with the release of his first teaser video. On the eve of G-Dragon's birthday today, YG Entertainment updated their official Youtube channel with the official teaser spot for his 2nd album. G-Dragon was featured in a black, red and white liquid concept while chanting the line "Shake The World." An audio preview of his new sound was also used as a background track. By the end of the clip, it was revealed that G-Dragon will be naming his 2nd album "coup d'etat...
